About Croissami

Before creating Croissami in 2013, Samantha Gordon, known to most as Sam or Sami, had spent the previous 12 years indulging her passion for food and travel by cooking on numerous high end yachts around the world. There were a few land based breaks that included attending le Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Los Angeles and working in several restaurants including the 3 Michelin starred Fat Duck in Bray, England. When Sami decided to leave her jet setting life behind, she  chose to settle on the beautiful shores of Sausalito and set up her dream business amidst the rolling hills of Marin County.

Her idea of a specialty croissant business was initially born from her own love of croissants developed over the years in the south of France. Can you eat one or two croissants a day because they are so tasty…absolutely, but plain, almond and chocolate can get a bit boring, so why not offer people that wonderful buttery goodness, but with more unique and unusual fillings.

What better place to support a small, artisanal food business than the San Francisco Bay area? Sami continues to strive to create a loyal customer base with her delicious, all natural croissants and other delicious breakfast options. Until a brick and mortar store is born, let her deliver her unique product to your home or business.
