About Sami

Samantha Gordon, known to most as Sam or Sami, has spent the last 12 years indulging her passion for food and travel by working on numerous yachts around the world, with a few land based breaks working in Michelin starred restaurants. When Sami decided to leave her jet setting life behind, she  chose to settle on the beautiful shores of Sausalito and set up her dream business amidst the rolling hills of Marin County.

Her idea of a specialty croissant business was initially born from her own love of croissants developed over the years in the south of France. Can you eat one or two croissants a day because they are so tasty…absolutely, but plain, almond and chocolate can get a bit boring, so why not offer people that wonderful buttery goodness, but with more unique and unusual fillings.

What better place to support a small, artisanal food business than the San Francisco Bay area? Sami is striving to create a loyal customer base with her delicious, all natural, organic croissants that will pave the path to her own small shop in the near future.
